Waybright Joins Paragon as Vice President and Business Development Officer

MEMPHIS, Tenn., July 31, 2017 – Paragon Bank (OTCBB: PGNN.OB) has hired Sean Waybright as Vice President and Business Development Officer. Waybright reports to Charles Yorke, President of the Paragon Bank Small Business Capital Group, and is based in the group’s Denver office.

As Vice President and Business Development Officer, Waybright is responsible for the origination and nurturing of SBA loans, as well as building new relationships for Paragon. Waybright will work alongside an SBA closer to cover the growing Denver market.
Prior to joining the Paragon team, Waybright served as Business Development Officer at Meadows Bank. He has been in the banking industry for more than 27 years and was previously named Loan Officer of the Year in Denver. Throughout his career, Waybright has trained several loan officers, developed credit policies and constructed franchise lending programs for specific concepts, and served as a speaker at industry conferences. He received his Bachelor of Science in business from Colorado State University, where he also minored in economics.
