11/17/2025 Connecting Today’s Logistics Employers With Tomorrow’s Young Workforce

On October 22, 2025, it became clear that many companies were aware that young people were not entering the logistics industry. When I asked the room who would be interested in hiring young talent, numerous business leaders raised their hands. I then informed them that Comprehensive Staffing Solutions (CSS) has a strong pipeline of motivated young adults, ages 18–30, who are ready and eager to work for their organizations.
