Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, including safety, space planning, inventory management, staffing, and process optimization.
• Ensure all contractual metrics for inbound and outbound processing, inventory control, manufacturing, etc., are consistently met or exceeded.
• Maintain a clean and organized facility that is "tour ready" at all times.
• Identify areas for improvement in all aspects of the warehouse operating, further developing and implementing standard operating procedures.
• Develop and maintain a well-trained, promotable staff through continuous coaching, cross-training, mentoring, etc.
• Administer appropriate and timely performance feedback and evaluations, working closely with senior management and human resources on employee matters when needed.
• Prepare and manage budgets and recommend action plans to ensure budget and service goals are achieved.
• Manages safety, security and loss prevention procedures in accordance with Company and regulatory guidelines.
• Special projects or duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years managing a team in a warehouse or manufacturing facility, or equivalent combination of education and work experience
• Strong leadership qualities and business acumen
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and WMS or other industry enterprise systems
