Who We Are & What We Do:

The Memphis Area Association of REALTORS® (MAAR) is one of Tennessee's largest local REALTOR® associations, encompassing Shelby, Fayette, Tipton, Hardin, Hardeman and McNairy Counties. MAAR's focus is serving and representing real estate professionals as well as providing real estate information to the public. We have a mission to work in cooperation with REALTORS® to create a favorable environment for real estate commerce through legislative advocacy, standards enforcement, database management, communication and professional development.

What We're Looking For:

We are seeking an organized, proactive, and service-oriented individual to provide administrative support to our Professional Development Director, and Governmental Affairs Director. The ideal candidate will have a flexible mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, multi-tasking environment.

What Your Day Looks Like:

  • Provide administrative support to the Director staff and Executive Administrator as needed.

  • Proctor online courses, handle continuing education reports, and coordinate sponsor meetings.

  • Support committees by updating records and coordinating meetings ensuring that room, technology, and additional needs are ready for each committee meeting.

  • Assisting with the PSA program and having an understanding of the grievance and professional standards processes.

  • Track, manage, and submit RPAC (REALTORS® Political Action Committee) contributions, budgets, and event registrations.

  • Assist with office tasks like inventory management, document formatting, ordering office supplies, and meeting setup.
