Position Overview
Do you know how to build rapport, connect the dots, and drive win-win arrangements? Are you energized by getting the small details right to make a significant impact? Reporting to the Senior Director of Development, the Manager of Stakeholder Engagement will support and grow relationships between New Memphis and its partners and stakeholders, including private-sector companies, foundations, and individual supporters. This individual is a skilled communicator and project manager who is adept at relationship building, time management, collaboration, and bringing strategy to life. The Manager of Stakeholder Engagement is a creative self-starter who looks for ways to innovate, problem-solve, and take initiative and is equally comfortable presenting in the board room as they are with spreadsheets and note-taking. This is someone who has a passion for Memphis and believes the people of this city are what make lasting change possible.
