About Us
Our Client provides compassionate, non-medical support to seniors and adults with disabilities across Memphis, West Tennessee, and nearby communities. Our mission is simple: “We do the heart work so you don’t feel overwhelmed.” We are seeking caring and reliable PCAs to join our team on a PRN (as-needed) basis to provide essential daily living assistance and companionship.
Responsibilities

Assist clients with personal hygiene tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.

Support mobility and safe transfers when needed.

Provide medication reminders as directed.

Assist with meal preparation and light feeding.

Offer companionship and engage clients in meaningful social activities.

Perform light housekeeping to maintain a safe and comfortable environment.

Observe and report any changes in client condition to supervisors.
Qualifications
-
Previous caregiving or PCA experience preferred (home care, assisted living, or related).

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with clients and families.

Compassionate, dependable, and dedicated to client well-being.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
-
CPR/First Aid certification is a plus (not required at time of hire).
