The charity that Northwestern Mutual is supporting through this event is titled Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation. Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation is a national childhood cancer foundation dedicated to raising funds for research into new treatments and cures for all children battling cancer. ALSF founder Alexandra “Alex” Scott held her first front yard lemonade stand when she was just 4 years old and gave us our mission: to find cures for all children battling cancer. 100% of the proceeds will be donated to ALSF.

As a business, we help people secure their futures and reach for their dreams. We hope that all children battling cancer have the same opportunity to reach their full potential. The Northwestern Mutual Childhood Cancer Program is committed to:

· Helping accelerate the search for a cure and better treatments for childhood cancer
· Spreading awareness of the disease and the need for more research funding
· Providing support to children and their families that are battling the disease
· Supporting survivors struggling with long-term effects of treatment

Registration Information:

When you click on the main link, you will create an account, choose your bike, and be taken to the checkout page where you have the option to donate $25, $50 or $100. You will select an amount and use a CC to complete the checkout. All of this needs to be done on a desktop computer as riders who have tried to do it on their cell phones receive weird error messages.

For those registering, one thing that is SUPER IMPORTANT....new riders must create an account and they can only register ONE BIKE per account. Unfortunately, the system won't let us put one person on multiple bikes. If someone wants to ride with their spouse, sister, teenager, etc. They will need to create a new account for that person and purchase the ride within that account.

If you are riding, please arrive 15-20 min early so we can get you signed in, fitted for shoes, and fitted on your bike.
